Subang Bestari is a Leasehold mix development consist of apartment, terrance, semi-D and bungalow, located at Jalan Nova U5/63, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor. It is developed by A JV Between 9 Developersand was completed in 2013.

The first medium-cost apartment in Subang Bestari is Seri Galaksi that is made of 6-storey blocks with a total of 120 units with built-up size of 840 sf. This delayed project by the developer was launched from the price of RM92,000. This project was followed by Seri Kejora, a 5-storey medium-cost apartment and Seri Bintang, a low-cost apartment. Seri Kejora has 254 units with built-up size of 827 sf and was launched from RM120,000. Meanwhile, Seri Bintang has 432 units with built-up size of 750 sf and was launched from RM64,800.

Most of the developments here in Subang Bestari are made of 2-storey terrace houses which are named Karyawan, Budiman, Pendita, Nuri and Aman. All these houses have already sold out and most of them are completed. They sit on various land sizes - 22 x 70, 24 x 70, 24 x 77 and up to 22 x 80 (Pendita II). These earlier phases were launched from RM172,000. The recent developments of 2-storey terraces are Dinar, Emas and Bayu. The latest bungalows are Safira A, B and C with lot size of 6,000 sf and built-ups ranging from 4,354 to 4,633 sf. Its prices started from RM1,911,340. The first commercial component comprises 3-storey shop-office with land size of 22 x 75 and built-up of 4,500 sf. There are a total of 18 units with prices starting from RM679,500. The developer has also launched another shop-office named Nova III. It is priced from RM1,160,000.

Subang Bestari is near to amenities such as colleges (HELP International college), and schools (SK Subang Bestari and SMK Subang Bestari).
